Franco-German Conference – Angers (November 2025)
Meeting organised with German partners on the transmission of memories of the Second World War.
Meeting at the Franco-German Cultural Center of Touraine
Public exchange on transgenerational legacies and European dialogue.
Our areas of development
Our actions are currently developing along several complementary lines:
1️⃣ Territorial anchoring
A gradual rollout across the territory:
A first phase in the Maine-et-Loire department, in connection with municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants
A second phase across the Pays de la Loire region
2️⃣ Target audiences
An approach open to all generations:
Young people (high school students, university students)
Adults
Seniors
With particular attention paid to intergenerational transmission.
3️⃣ European Network
The development of partnerships and a memorial network on a European scale, in connection with Franco-German and international initiatives.
4️⃣ Editorial Development
The search for new narratives and their dissemination in different forms:
conferences and public meetings
readings
video recordings
digital publications (eBooks)
